At Cafecito we think it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied and you want to return an item, you can do this within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please follow the return instructions below.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Always use the return form to prepare your return.
- Fill in the return form as completely as possible.
- Place the items in their original condition and undamaged packaging.
- Cut out the address on the return form and place it clearly visible on the return package, over the old address label on the shipping box.
- Drop off your package at any PostNL/DHL point in the Netherlands (PostNL location indicator ). Keep the proof of shipment of the return shipment.
RETURN CONDITIONS IN BRIEF
1. You have the right to return the products within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Goods that are returned must be delivered complete and undamaged in the original packaging if possible.
4. You are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, keep your proof of postal delivery in a safe place. We advise you to return the package by registered post.
3. Only fully completed return forms will be processed.

Return costs are for your own account. We also offer the possibility to return or exchange the ordered products in one of our branches. Please call in advance if the products are available. You must also use this form when returning to one of our branches. The same handling rules apply here.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
- Items or products that have been opened cannot be returned.
CONCLUSION
As soon as we have received your return, we will proceed to processing. We handle the return within 14 days after we have received your return. Depending on the reason for returning a product, it may include:
– send a replacement copy;
– refund the invoice amount (including shipping costs for forwarding);
– when returning part of the order, the shipping costs of forwarding will not be reimbursed;
– Return costs are for your own account.
